Kaushalkumar holds a master's in engineering leadership in Clean Energy Engineering from the University of British Columbia, complemented by a strong foundation in both engineering expertise and business acumen in energy and sustainability projects.

With extensive experience as an energy management professional, Kaushalkumar specializes in energy efficiency improvements and building retrofits. He has successfully delivered comprehensive energy projects across municipalities, utilities, and private-sector organizations throughout North America. His expertise spans the complete energy project lifecycle, including energy audits, energy benchmarking, business case development, energy conservation measure (ECM) identification and evaluation, project finalization, and implementation in collaboration with energy partners and contractors.

Kaushalkumar possesses a comprehensive knowledge of current best practices in energy efficiency, sustainability, and clean energy solutions. This expertise enables him to guide clients through informed decision-making while optimizing building performance and identifying opportunities for enhancement. He holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certifications, further demonstrating his commitment to industry excellence.

Hobbies & Interests

Outside of the office, Kaushalkumar enjoys roller skating, ice skating, reading non-fiction books, and travelling. He is also actively working on improving his running performance and constantly planning his next adventure.
